Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We know that blending technology with tradition can spark some curiosity. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often at AI Herbalist.

General Questions

What exactly is an “AI Herbalist”? Think of us as a digital bridge. We use advanced algorithms to organize and analyze vast amounts of botanical data, traditional usage records, and modern research to help you find relevant herbal information instantly.

Are you a medical service? No. AI Herbalist is an educational resource. While our AI is highly sophisticated, it does not have a medical license. Our insights are meant to complement—not replace—professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Where are you located? Our roots are in Atlanta, Georgia! While our platform is digital and accessible anywhere, we operate out of the A.

Using the Platform

How accurate is the herbal information? We prioritize high-quality data sources, including peer-reviewed studies and recognized botanical compendiums. However, because herbal science is constantly evolving, we always recommend cross-referencing and consulting with a healthcare provider.

Is my data private? Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Any information you share regarding your wellness interests is encrypted and used solely to improve your experience on our site. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Can I suggest a specific herb to be added to your database? We love suggestions! If there is a plant or remedy you’d like to see our AI analyze, please email us at cs@aiherbalist.pro.

Support & Safety

I’m having technical issues with the site. What should I do? Technology can be a bit thorny sometimes. If you encounter a bug, please call us at 404-981-6468 or shoot us an email with a description of the issue.

Can the AI tell me if a herb will react with my prescription medication? Our AI can highlight known contraindications based on available literature, but you must consult your doctor before mixing herbs with pharmaceuticals. Safety first, always.
